I was fortunate enough to, in 1973, be invited by Swami Gitananda to study in his Yoga Ashram in South India. We met when I joined him in the South of Spain for a two week yoga/pranayama class. I graduated in 1974 and accompanied Swami G to Sri-Lanka as a teacher...story to follow.
